Situation
As lords of the manor a number of cats dominate the home gardens of a block of houses in Rotterdam-North. From roofs and balconies they control this -to them- public space ? fences only act as observation posts. The inhabitants are studied and at best tolerated.
Intervention
In this micro cosmos there is a separate shed that symbolizes living in a home garden. As a corner block a glass tray with mice is inserted, as a window on the world: mice versus cats and men versus surroundings. Anyone is estimating their own opportunities.
